All of our items are well packaged and are sent via Royal Mail or courier. UK postage and packing is calculated and added to your basket automatically.

Any order under £100.00 which includes either F204 Hill Tower or Z236 Corner Ruined Building will be charged £7.00 P&P.
Whilst every step is taken to ensure that goods are delivered, and proof of postage is obtained, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. For lost parcels, minimum compensation is available from the Post Office subject to their conditions. Insurance and guaranteed delivery are available on request for an additional fee; please email us for details.
Overseas
We are not able to calculate shipping costs automatically for non-UK orders, because of the different couriers and services we use for various countries. We always use reputable couriers and aim to provide the best value we can, packing your order as efficiently as possible to keep the cost down.
Before you can complete your order, please email us with the items, quantities and your location. Your basket can write this email for you: choose “Outside the UK” on the basket page. We aim to reply within 24 hours whenever possible, and will send you a PayPal invoice for your items and shipping.
